I was introduced to porn via magazines in the military during summer camps, and it stayed with me. My experience with pornography was great at the time, but always felt depressed and always asking God for forgiveness afterwards. The results of porn affected my relationship with my wife of 40 years.
The devotions, especially the Scripture references, convicted me of my sin of being addicted to porn. I give the credit and glory to God for my freedom from porn and for changing my mind, heart and attitude via the devotions. My accountability partner helped me by praying for me and presenting words of encouragement via e-mail.
My Christian life has grown by having a closer walk with Christ and also a closer relationship with my wife of 40 years. I appreciate God and her like I never had before. My Bible reading and prayer life with Christ has greatly improved along with my attitude, heart and mind. Thank you Jesus.
